Overview

Payout accounts are configured at the merchant level — all stores share the same set of payout accounts. Access them from the user menu → Payout Accounts or Finance → Payout Account.

Supported Payout Methods

Bank Transfer (SWIFT)

For all currencies except CNY. Funds arrive via the international SWIFT network.

Alipay

CNY payouts only. Funds are sent directly to your Alipay account. (Coming soon)

Adding a Payout Account

Open Payout Accounts

Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Payout Accounts, or navigate to Finance → Payout Account.

Select Country and Currency

Choose the country and currency for this account. This determines which payout method is available.

Select Payout Method

Choose Bank Transfer or Alipay (CNY only).

Enter Account Details

For bank transfer, provide:
  • Account holder name
  • Bank name
  • Account number
  • SWIFT / BIC code
  • IBAN (if applicable)
For Alipay, provide your Alipay ID (mobile number or email).

Save

Submit the account. It will be used for future payouts once verified.

You can have multiple payout accounts in different currencies. Each payout is sent to the account matching the payout currency.

Payout Schedule

Payouts are processed after settlement. The timeline depends on your region and payout method.
Track payout history and status under Finance → Payout History.
