Two-Level Finance System
Waffo Pancake’s finance is organized into two levels:Store Revenue
Per-store income details, balance, and transfer records. Found under Revenue in the sidebar.
Merchant Finance
Unified balance and payout management across all stores. Found under Finance in the top navbar.
Store Revenue
Click Revenue in the sidebar to view the current store’s revenue page.
Balance Metrics
| Metric | Description |

| Store Total Balance | The store’s all-time total revenue |
| Store Pending Settlement | Amount currently being settled |
| Store Total Settled | Total amount settled to the merchant account |
Income Tab
View all income transactions for this store:| Column | Description |

| Description | Transaction description (product name, subscription renewal, etc.) |
| Gross | Gross revenue |
| Fees | Platform fees |
| Net | Net revenue (amount actually received) |
Transfers Tab
View records of transfers from the store balance to the merchant payout account.Merchant Finance
Click Finance in the top navigation to access the merchant-level finance page. This aggregates balances and payouts across all stores.
Unified Balance

Payout Account
Set up the account that receives your revenue under Finance → Payout Account.Bank Transfer (SWIFT)
For all currencies except CNY. Funds are transferred to your bank account via the SWIFT network.
Alipay
CNY payouts only. Funds are transferred directly to your Alipay account.
Payout accounts are configured at the merchant level. All stores share the same set of payout accounts.
Fee Structure
Platform fees are automatically deducted from each transaction. The Net column shows the amount you actually receive.| Fee Type | Description |
