Analytics Overview

The Analytics page provides comprehensive insights into your business performance with interactive charts and key metrics.
Analytics Dashboard

Key Metrics

Six KPI cards sit at the top of the page, each with a sparkline and a comparison against the previous period:
MRR and Subscriptions are snapshots, so their sparklines show the value at each point rather than a total accumulated over the period.

Cancellation Reasons

A card at the bottom of the page breaks down why customers left.
Counts cancellation actions, not subscriptions. Cancel → reactivate → cancel contributes two, so this total can exceed the number of subscriptions that actually ended.

Metric Cards

Click on any metric card to see a detailed breakdown and drill-down analysis.

Export

Analytics exports to CSV — a revenue file and a summary file, covering the currently selected date range. For programmatic access to the same figures, query the GraphQL analytics endpoints rather than exporting.

Breakdowns

The page is scoped by date range and granularity only — there are no product, customer-segment, or payment-method filters. Breakdowns come from the charts themselves:
Legend clicks change what the chart draws, not what the data covers. KPI cards and totals are unaffected.

Understanding Your Data

Test vs Live Mode

Analytics data is separate for Test and Live modes. Ensure you’re viewing the correct environment.

Data Freshness

Timezone

All analytics use UTC timezone. Timestamps are converted to your local timezone for display.
