Overview

Before payouts can be enabled, every merchant must complete the Business Details form — a 12-step wizard that collects the information Waffo Pancake needs to verify your identity, product, and compliance status. The wizard is located in your store’s Finance > Payout Setup tab. You can save progress and return at any time — your responses are preserved between sessions.

What You’ll Need

Prepare the following before starting the wizard:
1

Business Type (Step 2)

Select whether you operate as an individual or a business.
  • Business — A registered company (LLC, Corp, GmbH, etc.) with a tax ID.
  • Individual — A freelancer, creator, or solopreneur with no registered business entity.
2

Tax Residency Country (Step 3)

Select your country of tax residency from the list of supported countries. You must also confirm three acknowledgements:
  • You have reviewed the Prohibited Products list.
  • You have reviewed the Account Review Checklist.
  • You understand the 3-month cooldown period if your application is rejected.
3

Product Readiness (Step 4)

Indicate whether your product is ready or still in development.
  • Ready — Your product is clearly displayed on your website, and your Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are accessible.
  • Developing — Your site shows a “Coming Soon” page, is missing policies, or has a vague product description.
4

Full Name (Step 5)

Your full legal name in Latin characters only, exactly as it appears on your passport or government-issued ID.
5

Product Name (Step 6)

The name of your product or brand. Do not include business suffixes (LLC, Inc, Ltd, etc.).
6

Product Website URL (Step 7)

A valid, live website URL on your own domain. Platform subdomains and IP addresses are not accepted.
7

Contact Email (Step 8)

An email address on your own domain. Free email providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.) are not accepted.
8

About Business (Step 9)

A description of yourself, your field of work, background, and relevant social profiles or portfolio links.
9

Products and Platform Details (Step 10)

A detailed description of what you sell — features, pricing model, and target customers.
10

Product Compliance (Step 11)

Three required confirmations:
  • Your product does not infringe on any trademarks.
  • Your pricing is clearly displayed to customers.
  • Your product is ethical and does not involve high-risk or deceptive technology use.
11

Existing Customers (Step 12)

Indicate whether you already have existing customers — yes or no.
